This series is inspired by my granddaughters and their everyday adventures. I began writing these stories as they learned to read.

While fun, these stories also help children understand their own feelings and the feelings of others. As a psychology instructor, I’ve woven in simple ways to build emotional intelligence—like recognizing emotions, solving problems, and showing kindness.
